Terms of use
These terms apply when you download or play Mochi Mahjong (the “game”), published by V Social Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) (“we”, “us”). By playing the game you agree to them.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
If you got the game from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement prevails. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support; please contact us instead.
2. Free to play, no purchases
Version 1.0 is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. Dried fish, stars, tools, outfits and other in-game items are part of the game only: they have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and exist only on your device. If you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, they are gone and we cannot restore them.
3. Limited-time events
The game may run events for a limited time, based on your device's date, for example the Mid-Autumn moon-bunny ears (until 10 October 2026). Items you received in an event stay yours after it ends.
4. Fair use
Please don't copy, modify, sell, rent or redistribute the game, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
5. Our content
The game's art, cat character, music, sounds, levels, text and code belong to us or are used under licence. The rules of mahjong solitaire are not ours; everything else in the game is original.
6. No warranty
We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of in-game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
8. Changes and ending
We may update the game and these terms. If we change the terms in an important way, we will update the date above. You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
